Magnetic Poster

An installation series of posters inspired by the San José First Friday Art Walk that elicits the participation of the art walk attendees and involves them in an integral part of the creative process: finding inspiration.

Participants take magnets off the posters when visiting galleries during the art walk. The process is contingent upon each person identifying with one magnet, that causes a unique transformation to take place over time, because of the individual choices of the participants. When all the magnets are gone, a message is revealed.
